Do You Have Special Instructions?

Different customers have different needs. For 90% of our customers the way we write an article is perfect. However, we understand that there are special situations where you need to give us more instructions or want us to write the article in a different way.

Some of these instructions are easy to follow and we don’t upcharge you. Please understand that there are instructions that require more work and therefore we have to upcharge a little.

Since we can’t know every possible instruction that you might have, we have found that charging an extra flat fee of $1 per standard article and $2 per UAW is sufficient in most cases to apply all additional instructions you might have.

What is included in the standard pricing?

Example Order: “UAW500 dog training” (No further instructions)

One Keyword: Included in our basic pricing is the use of one keyword. We will use it in the title and the first paragraph, in this example the phrase “dog training”. We can use the keyword a third time somewhere else in the article upon your request and at no charge.

Article Style & Quality: You always receive quality articles from us, means they are formatted correctly, cleaned up, free of spelling and grammar errors, free of HTML code or special characters. The writers are native English speakers without exception. They are free to write in any style they find appropriate but they are advised to write informational and not too promotional. You can tell us that the article should be promotional or not at no extra charge.If you have questions, here is our contact email address.

What is included in the flat fee for the special instructions?

There are various reasons why you might have additional instructions for us. You may have more keywords you want us to use, you may want a higher keyword density for a keyword, you may want us to write in a different style, you need us to reference resources, you want us to write intros, summaries or conclusions, you want us to include backlinks etc.

• Multiple Instructions: The $1 flat fee per standard article and $2 per UAW article includes multiple special instructions. Revisions:

We fix free of charge any grammar errors and typos, any formatting issues, if the keyword and the article topic do not match, if special instructions are not met as discussed and paid.

For all other revisions we charge $1 per standard article and $2 per UAW article. So fees would only apply if you ask us for revisions that have not been discussed before and for some reason you need them to get done after the article has been finished already (for example, because you forgot to mention it beforehand).

Please note that only 1 keyword per article is allowed in the standard pricing model. If you have additional keywords or any other instructions please note that we may upcharge you. Please check “Special Instructions” above. Please note, that more keywords a writer has to use the less natural and fluent the read and the more keyword spamy the article becomes. If you want to use such an article for article marketing, you will find out soon that such articles won’t get approved by quality article directories.This is old school writing which we don’t recommend and do. Therefore, our writers are instructed to write “natural” and not to overuse keywords. This is favoured by search engines and article directories.

Project Tagging Function:

To make your AMS list of finished articles easier to use, we added a project tagging functionality. The next time when you order you can also tell us a project name. This name will then show up at each finished article in your AMS that belongs to this project (your order).

The project name can be anything you like. A customer name of yours, an email, a text, a date or just numbers. Anything that helps you to identify your finished orders better and to group them together easier. This is also especially helpful when you have many similar orders that you want to keep separated from each other somehow.

• Standard delivery means you should get the articles within 3-5 working days maximum. If workload is high or during holiday season it could take longer but in most cases not more than a full week.

No keywords allowed for the article title and body:

EZA has become extremely picky for keyword usage, primarily in the article title but also in article body. Main reason is that EZA wants articles written and submitted for readers and not for SEO purposes. Therefore we must give our writers more room to produce good content that reads well and natural.

For this reason, we don’t allow anymore that customers provide a keyword for the article but only for the resource box where we still, of course, hyperlink your keyword with your URL for a backlink. The writer is allowed to write an article about anything, with the primary target to get the article approved by EZA, still, of course, the writer must write content that is related to your keyword topic.

More than 12 articles and you need your own EZA account:

** We only allow a maximum of 12 articles per customer to be submitted to ezinearticles.com through our company account. If you plan to submit more than 12 articles over time then you must provide us with your own account login at ezinearticles.com and we will submit the articles through your account. Your account profile must match the articles submitted.

EZA doesn’t only check the article submitted, it also checks if the article matches an account profile. For example, if an author publishes hundreds of articles on dozens of different topics then it is pretty clear that this author can’t be an expert on all topics. The more an account looks like this, the more it will be a “SEO” account in EZA’s eyes with the main purpose of getting many SEO optimized articles out there for backlinking purposes only. Such an account won’t last for long.

An account profile should match the articles submitted. This is not a promise or a guarantee of course that your news will be picked up by the local news media but the chance is there. Therefore, your contact details should be correct!

Now, the Google link is included for free and is sufficient for most customers as Google really finds most if not all of the press releases from alone very quickly. However, if you want the extra URL report please note we must charge extra as it is a lot more work to generate the report. The extra report must be ordered beforehand though! The backlinks from this service are placed directly on sub-pages of high PR (Google Page Rank) sites. We hyperlink your keyword. It is a dofollow backlink with the URL you provide. Please note that the larger packages can include nofollow links as well. If so it will be shown on the order page. Many SEO experts say that a natural mix of dofollow and nofollow sites works better for them.
Please note that these Web 2.0 Article Backlinks are from different sites than the Web 2.0 Profile Backlinks. That means you can combine both Web 2.0 link building packages and get up to 215 (!) unique backlinks to your site.

The more competitive your keyword is the more backlinks you need. We have different link building packages available, from 10 to 90 backlinks. If you have a low competition long-tail keyword, then 10 or 20 backlinks are often enough. If competition is strong, then choose 90 backlinks.

1 Keyword: Please note that you can only provide 1 backlink keyword (with one URL) for every package you order. It makes no sense to order a package of 10 backlinks and provide 10 keywords. To process your order we just need the information for your backlink which is your keyword phrase and your URL. Only one keyword with one URL allowed! We then write a German article about your topic and submit the article with your backlink.

Please note that the rules for quality article directories apply here as well, that means that these sites usually don’t accept adult topics or keyword phrases that are longer than 3 words may also not be accepted on some sites.
